how to find your ring size
option #1 - measure an existing ring
1. choose an existing ring that fits your desired finger.
2. measure the internal diameter (ID) of the existing ring.
3. match your measurement to the chart below to find your ring size.

option #2 - measure your finger
1. cut a post-it note* into a thin strip perpendicular to the sticky section. *you could use other thin paper or non-stretchy string
2. wrap the strip of paper tightly around your finger, tighter the better.
3. mark the paper where it meets the beginning edge.
4. lay the paper flat and measure the internal circumference (IC) length in mm.
5. match your measurement to the chart below to find your ring size.

how to find your bracelet size
1. cut a piece of paper or use a non-stretchy string

5. add 1-1.5 inches to your measurement.
