At the moment, most pieces are made-to-order. Each product page will have the lead time listed. It will be within the range of 2-6 weeks, but I will always try to get them to you as soon as possible.
What should I do if I don’t know my ring size?
You can either measure an existing ring or measure your finger to find your ring size. More detailed insturctions are here.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes, you can exchange your piece within 90 days of receiving it. If it is a ring that is too small or large, I can resize it for you. Please send a request through here or at leenacho.art@gmail.com. You will be responsible for the exchange shipping costs.
Can I return my item?
Yes, you can return your piece within 30 days of receiving it. Please send a request through here or at leenacho.art@gmail.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
How do I take care of my pieces?
Sterling silver loves being close to your body. Rubbing against your skin daily is their love language. Tarnishing happens slowly over time from making contact with sulfur in the air. It quickens when it’s humid, salty, or with certain chemicals (think bathroom, sweat, swimming, sunscreen, perfume, hairspray, cleaning products, etc.) Stay away from those things as much as you can and store in a contained and dry place. But best of all, wear often!
Wash with gentle soap and water for general cleaning. Occasionally rub with the polishing cloth included in your package to restore to a shine.
Do you do custom commission projects?
It depends. I am open to commissions, but may not have the capacity or ability to take on certain projects. If I decide not to take on your project, I will always do my best to refer you to a more suitable artist.
