At the moment, most pieces are made-to-order. Each product page will have the lead time listed. It will be within the range of 2-6 weeks, but I will always try to get them to you as soon as possible.
What should I do if I don’t know my ring size?
You can either measure an existing ring or measure your finger to find your ring size. More detailed insturctions are here.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes, you can exchange your piece within 30 days of receiving it. If it is a ring that is too small or large, I can resize it for you. Please send a request through here or at leenacho.art@gmail.com. You will be responsible for the exchange shipping costs.

How do I take care of my pieces?
Your sterling silver and bronze pieces will naturally tarnish over time. you can use a polishing cloth to gently polish your piece, or reach out to me for a complimentary polishing service.
For your sky cube pieces, the varnish on the painting will protect it from light splashes of water, but do not immerse it under water. If needed use a slightly damp towel to spot clean. I recommend storing them away from direct sunlight and humid areas (like the bathroom).
Do you do custom commission projects?
It depends. I am open to commissions, but may not have the capacity or ability to take on certain projects. If I decide not to take on your project, I will always do my best to refer you to a more suitable artist.
